Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a PaiiD Pro subscription or a credit pack, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at support@theimpavid.comand we'll help.

Subscriptions

You can cancel any time from "Manage plan" on the Pro page. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. See also Paddle's refund policy.
