PaiiD is operated by The Impavid, owned by Austin Brannon ("we", "us"). When you use PaiiD you are contracting with The Impavid. By creating an account or continuing to use PaiiD, you agree to these terms.

The service

PaiiD is a money command center for business owners: income, accounts, credit and offer snapshots, plus tools to create contracts, check stubs and business documents, including AI-drafted agreements. Some features are free; others require PaiiD Pro or credits.

Your account

You must be of legal age, or have authority to bind the business you represent. Keep your login details private, provide accurate information, and you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, fraud, spam, or creating false or misleading documents (such as fake pay stubs or income letters).
• No infringing others' intellectual property.
• No malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing usage or payment limits.
• No reselling or redistributing the service.

AI features

You are responsible for what you enter and how you use AI outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate and must be reviewed before use; they are not a substitute for a licensed attorney, accountant or financial adviser. Do not use AI features to create illegal, deceptive or harmful content. We may filter outputs, remove content, or restrict accounts that misuse them. Rights-holders can report infringing content to support@theimpavid.com; repeat infringers will be suspended.

Not professional advice

Templates, documents, credit information, tax estimates and next-move suggestions are general information only — not legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Your decisions are your own.

Ownership

The Impavid owns PaiiD, its software, design and branding. You keep ownership of the content you create, and grant us a limited licence to store and process it only to provide the service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PaiiD under your plan.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, renewal, tax and cancellation terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; after canceling you keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Purchased credits do not expire.

Service level

We work to keep PaiiD running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where the law does not allow this to be limited.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. You may stop using PaiiD and delete your account at any time; your data is then deleted as described in our Privacy Notice.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where The Impavid is based. We may update them and will post changes here. Questions: support@theimpavid.com.
